How to View Unofficial Transcripts

Unofficial transcripts should not replace the official signed and sealed transcripts. Students must have access to my.butlercc.edu in order to view unofficial records. Former students have a limited time in which they are able to access my.butlercc.edu. Technical support is available through the Butler Service Desk at (316) 322-3306.

  1. Login to My.ButlerCC.edu
  2. Click on the "My Records" blue tile
  3. Click on the "Unofficial Transcript" link on the left sidebar

Transcript Holds

Effective July 1st, 2024, new federal regulations allow students to receive a transcript if they have either paid their account in full or have paid a semester in full in which they received Federal Student Aid. If you have questions about a financial hold preventing the release of your transcript, please contact Accounts Receivable at (316) 323-3181.
