Skip the Advising Meeting

Current students can complete and submit the enrollment release form so long as they:

  • Are a current Butler student in good academic standing (2.0 GPA or better).
  • Have a clear understanding of the classes needed for your intended degree.
  • Have appropriate transcripts or test scores on file.
  • Are free of academic and financial holds.

 

Other Student Types

New students, high school students, athletes and students using VA benefits need to meet with an advisor. Visit Getting Started and follow the steps toward enrollment.

Next Steps

Once the form has been submitted, an advisor will review your records and respond via email within 1 business day. If you do not hear from an advisor within this time frame, check your junk/spam folder or contact 316.323.6259. Once the advisor releases you, the Alternate PIN message will go away.

Enroll

Once you’ve received approval, you can now enroll yourself using your MyButlerCC account. If you forget your username and/or password, contact the Service Desk at 316.322.3306.

Important Notes

  • Copies of transcripts are required for prerequisite courses. If you receive a prerequisite/test score error, email a copy of your transcript to advising@butlercc.edu along with your name, date of birth and class you are trying to enroll into.
  • Because college requirements and policies are subject to change, email communications should be used as advice only and do not constitute an official evaluation by Butler Community College.
  • Students should take full responsibility for their course selections and fully understand how courses will transfer to other institutions.
  • Confidentiality cannot be guaranteed when using this online service.
