Grizzly Pathway to Success

Grizzly Pathway to Success Program

The Grizzly Pathway to Success program acknowledges high school students who exhibit exceptional dedication and achievement by completing 24 credit hours of college-level coursework prior to graduation.

Why Do We Offer This Program?

  • To recognize and celebrate students who demonstrate a commitment to academic excellence and higher education.
  • To encourage students to explore college-level coursework while still in high school, fostering a smoother transition to post-secondary education.
  • To promote a culture of academic rigor and achievement within the school community.
  • To provide students with tangible incentives and benefits for their academic accomplishments.

Eligibility

Students must successfully complete a minimum of 24 credit hours of college-level coursework. Additionally, students who complete 30 credit hours of general education coursework as part of the Kansas General Education buckets will receive recognition on their certificate as ‘Grizzly Great’.

  • If eligible, you will receive a certificate highlighting your success. As permitted by your school district, you will receive a graduation cord to be worn at your graduation ceremony.
  • We also recognize students through school newsletters, social media platforms, and local media outlets to showcase accomplishments and inspire others to pursue academic excellence.
